Zug Tourism is organised and registered as an association. The board consists of nine board members from the fields of tourism, business and politics. The board and the office are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the association.

Der Zuger Andreas Zgraggen ist ein alter Tourismushase. In seiner über 30-jährigen Karriere in der Branche war er Geschäftsführer bei Intens Travel und Manta Reisen sowie Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung bei DER Touristik, wo er noch heute im Teilzeitpensum als Senior Advisor tätig ist.
