Wildspitz Hike

EN

You'll have to work hard to earn the panoramic view from the 1,579-meter-high Rossberg.

Two women walk with two dogs in front of a large deciduous tree with a view of the Aegeri valley.

You can only reach Zug’s highest peak using your own muscle power. And the climb up this mountain—which is small by Swiss standards—is quite a challenge. No matter where you start your hike, the Rossberg always has a grueling stretch in store. This makes the magnificent view from the highest point, the Wildspitz, all the more enjoyable.

The best way to round out the day is with a sweet aperitif on the shores of Lake Ägeri.
