Young bulls come from all over Switzerland. And fully grown bulls that command respect. But the animals are securely tethered. Farmers buy and sell the bulls. They compare breeding results. And they also exchange ideas on other topics. The bull market is actually a farmers’ event—but one that everyone else appreciates as well. As a result, the festival tents are always packed.
