The Restaurant Sihlmatt and its surroundings stand for deceleration and immediacy. Fondly and with the help of friends, the owners rebuilt the restaurant with passion. The trout and a glass of wine have already been a 50-year tradition, and this is to continue. The restaurant serves mainly what the region and the season provide.
The former farm offers plenty of space to forget about time. Children will not be long in finding something to do in the garden, with the donkeys and chickens or simply on the meadow. On warm days you can linger on the sun terrace or cool off with a dip in the Sihl. When it gets colder, you can meet in the cozy parlor.
Sihlmättli is also a wonderful place for meetings, workshops or a brainstorming session. This can be on the spacious terrace or on the covered terrace, behind the barn or somewhere in between on the meadow or in the forest. The place is suitable for both smaller and larger groups.
