Immerse yourself! Switch off and escape the daily grind? In turbulent times, that sounds all too tempting.
Immerse yourself! Switch off and escape the daily grind? In turbulent times, that sounds all too tempting.
From 28 June 2025 to 4 January 2026, the Kunsthaus Zug will be presenting works by nine artists from Central Switzerland that deal with immersion in other worlds and at the same time raise questions about our perception and reality.
The artists Judith Albert, Nathalie Bissig, Pascale Birchler, Yvonne Christen Vagner, Moritz Hossli and Johanna Gschwend, Christian Kathriner, Nils Nova and Denis Twerenbold open up multi-layered worlds and explore the boundaries between reality and imagination. They introduce you to the mysterious, the unsettling and the incomprehensible.
Or to put it another way: it is only by being grasped that comprehension becomes possible.
The exhibition dissolves the boundary between viewing and experiencing and you get the feeling that you are not opposite the work of art, but in the middle of it.
Exhibition period: 28 June 2025 to 4 January 2026.
