Phill's BBQ brings the American food truck concept to Central Switzerland. The menu is based entirely on the holy trinity of barbecue: spare ribs, beef brisket and pulled pork.
With Phill's Burger, lovers of the classic also get their money's worth. The potatoes for our homemade fries come from the farmer Iten in Zug and the bread rolls from the Staub bakery in Neuheim ZG.
