Zugersee Lakeside Trail: Accessible

EN

A route that stands out for its diversity, winding through urban waterfronts, quiet stretches of forest and fields, and offering idyllic views of the lake.

Three people with a dog walk through the green Villette Park in Cham. One man is in a wheelchair.

This walk is arguably one of the most beautiful that Zug has to offer. You’ll leave the urban area of the city of Zug behind after just a few minutes. Once you reach the lakeshore, the path winds its way along the shore. You’ll be treated to magnificent views of the lake, the Zugerberg, the “Kings of the Mountains,” and even the snow-capped peaks of the Bernese Alps throughout the walk.
